Copper wire as feedstock for our own production.

Materials: Cu-ETP1 and Cu-OF1
Single-wire diameter: Ø 1.15–4.0 mm; other diameters on request
Surface finishes: Bare, tin-plated, nickel-plated, silver-plated or gold-plated
Condition: Hard or soft annealed

Feedstock for subsequent manufacturing stages.

Single wires / Round wires

Precision round wires manufactured to international standards or individual customer requirements.

Materials: Cu-ETP1 and Cu-OF1
Single-wire diameter: Ø 0.05–1.8 mm; other diameters in bare finish on request
Surface finishes: Bare, tin-plated, nickel-plated, silver-plated or gold-plated
Condition: Hard or soft annealed
Standards: ASTM B3, B33, B298, B355 and EN 13602

Single wires and alloy wires

Fine single wires made from copper and copper-based alloys for application-specific constructions.

Materials: ETP/OF copper and copper-based alloys
Diameter: Ø 0.02–2.5 mm
Surface finishes: Bare, tin-plated, silver-plated, nickel-plated or gold-plated

Designed to international standards and individual customer requirements.

Multi wires / Bundles

Fine parallel wires supplied as bundles for further processing.

Materials: Cu-ETP1 and Cu-OF1
Single-wire diameter: Ø 0.05–0.52 mm (AWG 44 to AWG 24)
Number of wires: 4 to 24 wires, depending on single-wire diameter
Surface finishes: Bare, tin-plated or silver-plated
Condition: Soft annealed or hard
Standards: ASTM B3, B33, B298, B355 and EN 13602

Profile wires

Custom cross-sectional profiles for busbars, plastic profiles and hairpins in electric motor stators.

Materials: Cu-ETP1 and Cu-OF1
Cross-section: Up to approx. 2.5 mm², depending on the profile; larger cross-sections on request
Surface finish: Bare
Condition: Hard or soft annealed

Space-saving profiles in a wide range of geometries.
Special profiles can improve retention in plastic profiles.

High-frequency wires

High-precision single wires as inner conductors for coaxial cables. Enamelled single wires also form the basis of conventional high-frequency litz wires.

Surface finishes: Bare, tin-plated or silver-plated
Manufacturing: Dedicated equipment with inline surface cleaning
Monitoring: Real-time outside diameter measurement, including recording
Analysis: FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) in single-wire production
